While promoting her movie, Ananya was seen wearing separates from Pink Porcupines recently. Each piece as a separate looked interesting but both paired together just made the look feel haphazard. The top with high waisted mom jeans or the shorts with a simpler top might worked better here.

I want the confidence to walk about like that in a chauvinist nation like ours.
Where is the need to dress like this. It’s tacky. It’s unnecessary. And Tanya Ghavri needs to do loads better, this is lazy.

Even individually the pieces are quite tacky. But Bollywood and tack fest go together.

while i absolutely detest the ‘fashion’ above , lets not try to bring down a young girls emotional well being . Imagine if she was your young friend , niece / daughter and restrict our commenting to clothes and fashion here .

May be .. may be I dont get fashion. But the top has obvious fit issues in the cups. The zipper is not stitched on properly. If my tailor made my sari blouse like this I would fire him (but he does nt)

In no universe this is interesting. The shorts are ordinary and fit for a casual outing. That top belongs on a beach, or better, a trash can.
