Ananya attended the trailer launch of her upcoming series wearing a fun printed legging from Area paired with a white tank, gold earrings and gold sandal. The styling here is so basic. You’ve got such a fun print to work with and all we do is tack on a brown studded belt. Come on now!

Her character is into fashion and here there was a chance to go for a OTT whimsical print on print maximalist look. Use Manish Arora/Dries Van Noten/Moschino runway looks as a moodboard to start with. A white tank/legging combo is what I expect a regular person to wear who has a limited wardrobe. She has a stylist who can source her an AREA piece and then uses it in such a basic way.
She looks nice. These printed crazy leggings is not fashion I care about but would have loved to see some Gianvito Rossi 120 mm pumps in an orange colour.
Her persona is soft and demure.. a fun look would go sober on her. This is fine, but low on effort.
I have a feeling someone is gonna reply with a “very demure, very mindful”. Oh wait, I just did! 😛
If I stare at the legging patterns long enough I am sure they will start moving 🙂 🙂
