A Separate(s) Story
Around Christmastime, Alia paid a visit to an orphanage in Mumbai and for the occasion picked Levis denim culottes, a tank and Manish Arora bomber to wear. With her hair in a ponytail, she finished out the look with a pair of Aquazzura-esque sandals.
Like the look on Ms. Bhatt?

Cute as a button. Alia looks so young, she could easily pass off as a 14 year old
Seriously, she looks like a teen. 🙂
Very forced look. That pair of heels don’t go with the god-awful denims. The fit of denims is so off when she is standing straight (as visible in Pic 3). I have to say that her youthful face doesn’t need that much of a makeup. Waist up, she looks nice.. that lip colour is gorgeous!
Not appropriate clothing to wear to an orphanage. That being said the bottom half of the outfit is not good.
+1.
Why can’ t they wear jeans and a t shirt to an orphanage? And why publicise it??
I m not sure either. It looks simple enough to me.
I like the look. Especially that Manish Arora jacket but it’s not appropriate for an orphanage visit.
Horrible horrible culottes. And why does everything need to be PRed and made into a ‘look’. Some places and some occasions call for normal sensible dressing which this is so not.
Faaar better than Sonam’s ‘look’ on such occasions.
Those culottes not at all flaunting on her!
Those jeans are monstrosity personified. No. Just no.
Those jeans are obviously crap.
Now imagine this outfit with an orange/green skirt, or maroon velvet skinnies. Or just regular skinny jeans, but with those sandals in a vivid green instead of blue.
Those culottes are the absolute worst. She could have worn a pair of normal jeans and she would have looked just fine. And those poses are getting into ridiculous territory.
Waist down everything looks bad. I wish she paired that bomber with a dark wash or black denim and it would be a winner. Those shoes are bad as well.
She looks cute like always. Waist up, nothing to fault. Not a fan of those culottes.
She’s so cute but I think this was not appropriate for visiting an orphanage! Dress for your day is what my mom and grandma taught me.
