Alia was seen at the Jain-Advani wedding in a pink sequin sari from Sabyasachi paired with a antique finish necklace and simple solitaire stud. Alia doesn’t like to do bold makeup but the matching pale pink makeup here washed her out.

Face looks icy, lovely look and make up but a soft pink lip was the demand here.

Sabya styling often goes for a retro Devika rani sort of era but they don’t realize it doesn’t work for all
DP wore a sequin sabya sari before announcing her pregnancy and it has a similar washed out look. This girl is anything but original
Such a beautiful pink colour! Her make-up continues to disappoint. A softer hair would’ve elevated the look. Why does the blouse look so cheaply made?
I guess the idea was to beautifully compliment Ranbir Kapoor (and vice versa). He wore an emerald green kurta and together they looked great. You should have covered them together much like you did with Kareem’s-Saif
I would have loved to see some contrasting touches at some point here – a different colour blouse, a light smokey eye (not crazy but maybe some plum or dark chocolate eyeshadow and eyeliner), a berry lip. Because it’s not just the makeup that washes her out – the head to toe pale pink does it. The components individually are all fine but none of them complement each other.
A darker berry lip color would have looked great on her. Unless Ranbir told her not to wear bright colored lipstick! Truly hope whoever did her make up would not have her wear pale pink shades.
Better make up cud have elevated this look… Sabya is gng the MM way.
I think it’s the lighting in these pictures – saw her in videos and she looked stunning!
A few things:
1. The NECKLACE is the show piece here and it draws attention BECAUSE everything else is left alone
2. A light pink sequin saree has been done to death by multiple celebs for years, so the tiresome comparison to DP is just… ugh. Get over it. It’s 2025.
3. Alia almost never wears bold make up or lips, for that matter. Over the years, she has established a bit of a signature look which is more sunkissed glam, with glowy SKIN being the stand out. If you understood that, you’d stop demanding her to wear a bold lip every single time she steps out.
Was the look original? No. What is this unfair pressure for every look to be curated and styled and ORIGINAL? And when that happens, we get a Sonam in all denim at the airport. Pick your poison people.
The foundation “slash” concealer looks quite thick blurring out all the natural outlines of her face – especially the undereyes making her face look feature-less. The idea might have been to create a soft look however, along with the hairstyle, it is coming across as harsh.
On another note, looks like she swapped her outfit plans with Bebo this time – only bebo is seen wearing blush/rose/pale pink colours while attending weddings. But then again, when has alia not been accused of copying kareena? 😀
I lie the light , airy look on her . The necklace is the center piece so everything else is muted . I do think her face looks flat , no dimension at all . I realize that’s the look they were going for but she needed to warm up her face and bring some life with bronzer or contouring.
