If you join a tailoring class, one of the firsts they teach you is how to stitch this kinda dress( long dress with skirting frills), what’s so designer about it!!?!
You clearly haven’t sewn a button to save your life but have an opinion on what tailoring classes teach. FYI the first dress taught in garment construction is a shift dress. Although simple looking this dress has elements that are not very basic to construct. Subtle detail number 1 : the asymmetrical neck ; Subtle. Detail 2 : the blouson sleeve ; look at the belt at the waist seam; I think there is a also a hoodie attached- these are the few subtle elements I can see from these pictures. I wish people understood garment construction and pattern-making before making such comments.

Lovely colour and make up free face…I love it!
She looks super sweet, and youthful here, but there’s something off-putting about that neckline. It’s a bit uneven on the left side. Or maybe that’s just the style. Or her dress has slid to the side.
