Wearing a black Falguni and Shane Peacock gown, Alexandra walked the MTV VMA red carpet. The sheer gown with strategically placed embroidery left very little to the imagination but being that this is the MTV Awards, we don’t expect anything less.
P.S. Alexandra will be starring as late-singer Aaliyah in an upcoming biopic movie.

Hip and up it’s a great look. Hate the netted skirt portion. A very sheer fabric instead of net would have still shown the beautiful embroidery.
Oh, how my eyes hurt when I look at this monstrosity of a gown.
Wearing the tights would have made the look edgier!

Not sure what the point of the bottom net part is…
Her stance is a little wierd..
And that manly posture doesn’t help…baffled as to why the model is also posing in the same way.
The runway look works because the tights provide a continuity from the corseted top to the lacy hemline, through all that sheer material. Without the black tights, there seems such a disconnect between the top and the bottom halves.
+100. couldnt have said it better. she looks like a turkey, with the bottom part as the tail. leggings would have helped with the continuity.
