Alaya attended the Femina Beauty Awards earlier in the year wearing a Marchesa gown. Hair pulled back into a ponytail, her look was finished out with silver ankle-strap sandals. Given the length of the dress, I would’ve preferred pumps here but overall she looked nice.

She looks lovely. The movie was not anything to write home about, but she had such confidence and presence in it.
I think pumps would have been far too heavy – strappy sandals keep with the floaty and ethereal look.

Agree. Pumps would have been to heavy for the dress. I would have like to see slip on dainty sandals sans the ankle strap.
