Is it a handloom piece?
The saree has a masaba-like design element.
This is a linen saree by a brand called byloom from Kolkata
nice to see a cotton saree at a big event but it always bothers me a bit if people have to take off shoes and thereby lose a few inches and end up with so much saree on the floor.
Its too red and not a great pick for a saree
