Back In Manish Malhotra

Considering designer Manish Malhotra had a show at the Filmfare Nominations bash, we aren’t really surprised that Aishwarya quickly reverted back into a MM creation.

What I am surprised however, is that am kind of liking it. The sari that is. The blouse though is a different story.

  1. Oh Lordy!!! That blouse looks like a cheap costume we would get for dance and play at college (due to lack of funding)

I am tired of writing my opinion on Ash’s and MM’s style. Can we just have a DISLIKE button somewhere?

  3. gorgeous! after some crazy appearances she looks really lovely here. even the hair looks nice. actually like the blouse as well.it gives the right amount of weight/texture for such a sheer saree.

  4. really?!? you guys like this!? and think that the only thing wrong with this look is the blouse?!? i think you’re reaching here just a tad! there is nothing going on here..- not the caked up makeup, the gaudy tacky sari, the tassle at the end, the bad hair dye job with the roots now outgrowing?!?…..ugh!

  5. Is Manish Malhotra on a mission to pull her down(fashionably).
Such a pretty face and such eeeeeeeeggggggaaaaaaaawwwwwwwd clothes.

MM has clearly forgotten the on screen and off screen difference. On her own, Ash is way better.

  7. Why blame MM…. i mean she chose the sari did she not.. and she has an absolute knack of picking the most horrible creations… seriously. There is something so off about this sari and its not just the blouse.

  8. She looks great neck up,but I feel like she always looks uncomfortable or awkward in a sari lately like she’s trying to hide her tummy with the pallu or something…does anyone else see that too?

  9. its…hideous! bright blue and bright pink? cmon guys…the hair looks good but with a hair dye that drastic, u have to be on the ball and keep touching the roots
but she is waaaay overdressed for this function

make up is nice- makes her look fresh but ash needs a good makeover ad she needs to experiment abit

and stop with the velvet everywhere!

  10. What is the point in blaming MM? MM does not go and make her wear this kind of stuff forcefully. However, his velvet fetish is beyond understanding .. yuck, why doesn’t he simply use all his velvet stock to make curtains and sofa-covers! Ash seriously needs a better designer. Period!

  11. as a makeup artist…i would like to suggest and wish that ash needs to get rid of this fair skin fascination and add some bronzer or right contouring on her face so that she can look young and 5pounds less, she looks painted and aged up without this makeup,

i don’t like the saree one bit..im quite surprised that someone running a “fashion blog” can pass this dress!! but her eyes looks beautiful.

  12. Such a waste of a pretty face like this..She can have access to the world’s best makeup artist, jewelry & Fashion designers and yet she chooses such bad makeup/ jewelry and the worst clothes ever..

  13. She looks stunning and I love the saree. The blouse could have been better but she is still working it.

For some reason, people are extra nasty to Aishwarya. Is it just because she is such a big superstar?
