Giving her support to designer Vikram Phadnis at his film’s music launch was Aishwarya on Saturday evening wearing an Anamika Khanna embroidered long jacket and pants.
As pretty as the jacket was, having seen Ms. Rai do these kind of looks so much, I wasn’t blown away by it. An updo would’ve made such a huge difference here. Or even a soft low bun.

What even is that atrocity? Its hardly a jacket..its a shapeless tent with way too much embroidery on it. It makes her look wide and the whole look is ott.
You also dont wear red lips when your outfit is drowning you. But ash wears heavy makeup unnecessarily. With that flamboyant gown, the make up should have been subtle and hair tied up to avoid so many elements screaming for the spotlight

Does she have a stylist?
Guess you don’t get everything do you? Ash and Madhuri are the prettiest faces around with the most atrocious sense of dressing. Gotta be some balance in life!
She does have a stylist – Aastha Sharma.
What I just can’t fathom is why her stylist only gets her loud, ott, embroidered and bling outfits. There is a host of eclectic designers and styles out there but you never see Aishwarya in anything like a raw mango sari, Pero tunic, Cos top with denims, Tory burch printed dress, the list can be endless. Sigh, if only us lesser mortals had the resources.
Forget about designers and brands…a simple saree with a gorgeous blouse will do. If she wants to go traditional and stick to Indian wear, she should emulate konkana sharma or a nandita das. More than enough! Why does she wear these terrible terrible outfits?

Ugh! What happens to her back home? It seems like she least cares about her attires or about putting together a look here! That hair is making me cringe.

Each piece is pretty, but should have been worn as separate pieces. Aishwarya has enough fashion sense to have chosen one of the two pieces. This is totally overpowering her lovely face. Not too crazy about the lip color nor the hair either.
She desperately needs a Hair Intervention!
She should go back to the brown hair colour she used to sport till a few years ago.
She should stop this heavily ironed, flat, radhe-ma hairstyle and go back to her loose waves.
Less severe, more carefree hairdos would be ideal.
She still manages to look beautiful amidst that “outfit”.
I dream of the day she will wear a simple handloom sari and blouse and let her beauty shine, instead of these monstrosities.
Im a big Aishwarya fan but this outfit made me cringe. Its just soooo bad. Reminds you of an atrotious, too over the top punjabi wedding pieces !! And whats with the black colour fixation ?
She needs stylist from kangna:-)..please send her one.that hairstyle is very boring lady..she is very beautiful.. Change the stylist 😉
