Aishwarya walked the L’Oréal show wearing an off-shoulder balloon hem gown which if you watched the video was one that was not very comfortable to walk in. Am surprised the stylist who was dressing Ms. Rai picked it for her. But, you know, I’ll take this simple piece over an OTT overdesigned gown.

She looks beautiful – that face can launch a thousand ships!! Finally a soft hair do, and we can see her cheeks and face. The gown is not a good choice, but can’t deny she looks great!

Am glad the eye make up was kept light, it brought out her natural beauty. Hair was also softly done. Classic outing of hers.
She hasn’t worn something this uncomplicated in a long long time, I am so happy that this was chosen for her. It’s simple, effective and draws attention to her face which is a good thing, because nothing should work against or even attempt to distract that gorgeous face. She should reconnect with her old designer friends and Maisons in the west. Armani, Gucci, Ellie Saab, Cavalli. Those designers and their teams have done wonders for her. I hope we see more of that.

Are balloon hemlines in vogue now? I saw Ferragamo come out with plenty of those at their Spring show.
Aishwarya looked gorgeous – she had top billing on the ramp with the statement cape – I saw most of the show and except for Jenner nobody got that kind of time on the runway.
The reason she is wearing oversized gowns and suits is obvious. But worn well like here is all that matters.

As heavenly as her face and hair look (better than any outing in the last few years), wouldn’t it be possible to find something more flattering to put her in? Like Cinta Laura Kiehl or Lena Gercke’s outfits?
It’s a gorgeous color on her! But the material and the silhouette really bring the look down. I wish it was a more structured fit.
She would never wear it if it was structured . Even if she did , there would be a strange accessory doubling up as a shield to cover her curves .
We all know this is still a big improvement with the offshoulder and lovely hair .
P.S : In the close up videos , her lipstick looks like it was done differently . Like patches of pink and red . Was that really the case ?

Might as well someone pumped air into that balloon dress and float her like a balloon on the stage !. Just don’t know what goes through the minds of stylists and actors these days. Comfort and elegance is a thing of the past now. More, bling, more skin show, more madness , the better !!! Time will come when dressing nude wont be seen as odious. I know i have digressed from the topic but we need to bring back vintage and fast !
