While her co-star wore a maroon sari paired with a gold blouse combination, Aishwarya was seen in the reverse in a Raw Mango one. Given that they were styled by the same person, am wondering if the color scheme was a concious choice.
Coming back to her look, I wish Aishwarya had worn a kundan set featuring garnets instead of the green stones but overall, it wasn’t a deal breaker. She did look good.

On an aside, why are the regular blouses on actors well finished? Even the local darzis do a great job at a fitted blouse. Why aren’t the designers and stylists attentive to such rookie details.
I think they don’t tailor it to a particular actor. They probably stitch it in a way that it can be passed on to someone else or used to style someone else. Given the time constraints, I think they make basic alterations for such events unless it’s made to order for bigger events like Cannes or Met Gala
