India Bridal Fashion Week 2013: JJ VALAYA
Here’s your look at JJ Valaya’s rather opulent collection titled ‘The Maharaja of Madrid’. Like what you see?
P.S: Actors Kabir Bedi and Kangna Ranaut walked for the designer.

OMG Kangana’s show stopper lahenga …I WANT
Kangna looks so so so pretty.
loving Kangana’s lehenga..beautiful colors..
The men’s collection is very edgy and different and a welcome change to the usual sherwani types. Also love the lehenga trouser (or wateva it is called) on the fourth model in the first row.. but have to add that the choli is rather run-off-the mill.
LOVE!!!!
Such incredible textures, designs and colours! What a way to start the India Bridal Fashion Week 2013! Extremely impressive.
They are all so beautiful.. REGAL!
I maybe the odd one out here but this had me reducing the brightness on my screen. This is way too loud and garish and there’s just too much going on. Not my cuppa tea.
I’m sure even if we saw a watered down version on one of our celebs at a regular filmy do we’d be saying the same thing
bollywood does indian royalty in technicolor! i am seeing the bachchans making a beeline for the velvet collection.
I’m really hoping to NOT see anyone in these clothes. Just far too much going on and it’s like Khuda Gawa on steroids.
The lengha on Kangana is pretty though.
So is the Bling on your Turby-Twist going to be the new thing? Cuz that’s actually something I can keep up on with Bollywood. :oP
“Khuda Gawa on steroids”
You win!
whats worse than anarkalis on women? anarkalis on men. this is just getting stupid.
and whats spanish about this collection (“maharaja of madrid”?)
Yawn!
Love some, hate few..
I hate it when they title the collections something wannabe like ‘maharaja of Madrid’. Ugh
Love the sleeveless coat + sari combo and the colours of Kangna’s outfit. The rest is elegant but predictable.
Truly Elegant and statement making! He really is one of the finest couturiers we have and perhaps one of the best upholders of craft in a modern way…Kudos!
Now THIS is a collection! Smart, Edgy, Traditional, Opulent, Sumptuous, Beautiful and all round Fabulous!!! Love it!!
Fab!fab!fab! No one can do Indian luxury better….totally love!
