At the trailer launch of Tumhari Sulu, leading lady Vidya was seen in a printed Ritu Kumar sari. One to normally go big on earrings or a necklace, this time she skipped on both and let the sari be the highlight.

She did look sweet. Having said that though, I, like most of you, am really waiting for her to go wear shorter sleeve blouses.

White Out

For a recent event, Ayushmann did all white in a Bershka jacket with a white shirt, Gap pants and Puma sneakers.

I’m on the fence about the shoes. A part of me thinks that these particular ones are lost in all the white, then again a different color might have had a contrast effect, in a bad way.

For a movie premiere, Akshay went the desi route in a black and white sherwani and pants. He finished his look with some shiny spiked Christian Louboutin loafers.

Nothing to complain here, he looked good!

Natasha opted for an orange Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga to wear to Arpita’s Diwali party pairing it with a crystal box clutch and a maang tikka.

Unfortunately, between the color of the lehenga, the design of the top and the maang tikka, the look felt too costumey. Who else is suddenly craving an orange chuski?

In Varun Bahl Couture

At a recent Diwali do, Karisma was photographed in Varun Bahl Couture separates. With her hair pulled back in to a centre-parted braided ponytail, a clutch from Boga and pair of gold-toned sandals rounded out the look.

While these aren’t the best images to go by, I can still safely say the ruched kurta isn’t quite my cup of tea. Karisma to her credit though, fares better in it than most others would.
