Masaba’s fan print has garnered quite a fan following. Unfortunately, the downside to that has been that a lot of local shops and outlets have taken the print, changed it up a bit and are reselling it in different forms.

One example being the fan print sari that Adah donned at the audio success meet of her movie. Now, a fashion outsider wouldn’t quite care but we do. They may say imitation is the best form of flattery but it is never fun to see your work just blatantly copied.

Rant aside, think Adah wears her sari well?

Two award shows saw Neha do two very different looks. For the SAG awards, it was a one-shouldered silk kaftan while hubby Kunal opted for a formal tuxedo. For the People’s Choice Awards, Kunal opted for a simple suit while Neha did separates wearing black denims with a peplum top that reminded me of the kandyan style of sari wearing.

Of the two, much preferred her in the kaftan. It may have been too simple for the red carpet but in a sea of lavish gowns, it stood out without stealing Kunal’s limelight.

Wearing Manish Malhotra, Shahana attended the premiere of her movie held in Bhutan. A teeny matching bindi, big earrings and her hair worn up finished out the look.

Though the hair in some pictures looked as if the curlers were still in, t’was a minor gripe really. The colors looked great on Ms. Goswami!

In Sailex

Wearing Sailex, Kalki attended a press meet announcing the search for the next Fashion Icon. The sheer pink dres looked great on the runway but didn’t quite translate so well off it. The satin underlay wasn’t very flash friendly and, not helping its cause was the way the look was styled. The hair was too messy and the sandals too clunky.

She finished out her look with House Of Chic earrings that were a variation of the ones that we’d recently seen on Kajal and Kajol in real life and Katrina in the Dhoom 3 song.
