WLIFW Spring 2013: Hemant And Nandita

Comment image 2

Having worked with floral-prints very successfully in the past (Autumn/Winter 2011, Spring 2012), expectations were high from Hemant and Nandita. Titled ‘Kaleidology’, the collection saw extensive use of abstract floral prints.

If you’ve read this blog long enough, you know am a sucker for a good print. And while for the most part they were visually appealing (and some looks did stand out), the presentation tended to get repetitive. It was a little too one note for me.

  1. The print on the top (2nd row, fifth image) is actually a pretty famous image. Those delicate images are color x-rays(floral radiography) of flowers.
