To me, a Turban brings with it some strong visuals. A time when Maharajas more than fleetingly inspired global style. Like Fifties Dior, or vintage Halston. Elizabeth Taylor. What Suneet Varma did with Turbans and the garments that went with ’em… I’ll let you make up your own mind on them. Me? I need a drink.

The styling and the presentation is a bit dated, I like the ghera wala kurta, but I found that in that colour combination, Ashima Leena showed a better outfit during couture week – you know long kalidar kurta in white or off white with gold. Suneet was a let down.
