She didn’t need the gold jewelery. Sari, red lips was enough.

Sari’s lovely. But she ought to rethink her blouse sleeve. Too long, doesn’t look very youthful

Except for the green blouse and red lipstick. So wrong for an orange sari.

    Doesn’t she ever get bored?

Nope. The drape, the blouse, the postures. I like vidya, I love silk sarees. This is disservice to both.

These days even grand moms are better put together than this. Such a mess. The saree is a Kanjeevaram bridal saree.. so wrong for a reception when you are not the bride. The gold is OK… but why add the red lips if you so want to look traditional? Its just a loud and boring look.

The red Lipstick was a bit too much but damn that Saree is gorgeous *.*

This is how a typical South India lady puts together her look to attend a wedding in her infamous kanchi saree and deck herself up best to her abilities. Ladies, please don’t make it about how one’s look needs to perfectly matched and “doll” ‘ed up. Agree this is a fashion blog and that’s what fashionistas do, but isn’t it boring to see different faces who all struggle to look a certain similar way with the hair, nudes, contour, eye to achieve this flawless look we admire. Woman like us need to celebrate and appreciate famous personalities who are comfortable not to step out like a dive everytime..

Creases on her pallu! Ugh! Lovely saree though a tad bit too bridal!

These classic pattus should be left to Rekha and Sridevi. She never does any justice to the saris though she has been wearing it for ever now.

Oh God! Red pattu with a contrast blouse was not enough. She had to go red lip. Wen in doubt go all out n kill the look seems to be her mantra. Anyone else pnp would have thrashed.
