  1. Wow. <3
A complete transformation. I could never have imagined that Vidya could look anything else than the eternal old-world Indian beauty…seeing her sporting such funky stuff surprised me…even more, because she totally carries it off!

I think I have a girl crush..the first two photos are AH-MAZING. LOVE everything in those two pictures, the eye make-up makes a huge difference.

Just a minor thing, I dont like her hair in the last two photos. In the last black and white picture she looks slightly bald..:D

  2. bollywood actresses tend to stick to a certain style, come rain or shine. it’s so pleasant when someone gives us a surprise this way, and especially when it’s vidya (!) who has made it a habit to wow us with TRADITIONAL clothes. definitely loving the high fashion styling.

  3. Nice. Great to see her step out of the Rekha look for a minute. The last photo however in the Gauri Nainika is ruined by the hair! Whoever styled the hair that way needs to re-evaluate their career path.

  5. Wow. I never tire of Vidya in her traditional sarees. But this avataar….not bad at all. She has beautiful, luxurious hair (pic 2). Her skin tone is beautiful…no deliberate attempt to lighten it.

  6. No words. <3 See, this is how you use an actress in an editorial; you let her play a part, engage with the styling and the look. Totally love this.

  7. I love the B/W picture. Great attitude in every pose, and she looks great in it.

I personally am not fond of her hair in the cover and next picture, but glad to see Vidya stepping out of her comfort zone.

Suprising others seems to have become a habit to her interms of either roles or looks.
