Love her neck up (including the necklace) but the outfit itself was rather drab.
Is this a start of something new?

I am partial to Vidya. Each piece if worn separately would have been interesting, but together does not work. I like her necklace though and maybe the hair.

as for neck up I fail to understand crimped hair as a style.. don’t think it can suit anyone.

Shabana Azmi dresses better> I love Vidya Balan but her clothes…… Surely she can pick up some tips from around her. There are so many well dressed ladies in Bollywood.
