She looks good. The sari though pretty, looks like a regular Maharashtrian one – what’s designer about it?

This look would have been 10/10 perfect for me if:

    1) she wore a shorter necklace instead of those babaji beads.

    2) if she tucked the two loose fringes neatly behind her ears.

Back in her comfort zone, she looks great! She should continue dressing like this and get rid of her frumpy, ill-fitting western clothes.

Surely someone, somewhere designed this saree. It is unfortunate that we will never hear of him or her. It is a wondrous, sumptuous look this. A shy suggestion of red on the fringes adds to her resplendence.

Nothing different. But least she looks normal and better than the western clothes which never suited her and ended up as a comedy show.

Anavila Misra is the designer – she does gorgeous linen saris.
