Raai Laxmi, who’s been wearing Roshni Chopra non-stop ever since the latter’s collection preview, wore another outfit by Ms. Chopra on day one of SIIMA. The custom made look featuring an embellished flared kurta top and dhoti pants was finished out with a gold box clutch and gold ankle-strap sandals.

With the top being so busy, wish she had skipped on the headpiece. But then, I can’t say am a fan of the kurta either. What do you think of her look?

In Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna

In attendance at the recent collection preview, Roshni was photographed in a Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna vest and Guess jeans. Wearing her hair away from the face, she finished out the look with a Bansri earcuff, Michael Kors clutch and Aldo nude pumps. She looked good!

Wearing Her Own

Roshni, who just unveiled her first collection, attended the Telly Awards not surprisingly wearing her own design and finishing out the look with an Anya Hindmarch glitter clutch and a pair of jhumkis.

I may not like the kurta particularly the velvet panel, but she sure wears it well.

In Roshni Chopra

Lakshmi, who attended Roshni Chopra’s debut collection preview this week, seems to have liked the kalamkari patchwork striped skirt so much so that she sported it right away at the press meet of her Tamil movie ‘Aranmanai’.

Wearing the skirt with a black top, she finished out the look with a sea shell floral necklace. I already mentioned I wasn’t a fan of the stripes/print skirt and in this case I don’t even like the necklace but Lakshmi still manages to sell me the look. Minus the necklace, weirdly I find myself liking the look on her.

P.S. Can someone let me know if she goes by ‘Raai Laxmi’ or ‘Lakshmi Rai’. Am a bit confused.

Roshni did separates on both day three and four of LFW wearing her own design on Friday and Pankaj and Nidhi on Saturday.
