In Roshni Chopra

Mannara, who won best debutante at the Lion Awards, walked the red carpet wearing a Roshni Chopra striped skirt as a lehenga paired with a gold choli and black dupatta. Where this look fails for me is with the top. Just hated it.

Much preferred Lakshmi, who wore the same skirt more casually to a better result. Relatively speaking.

Bindu and Roshni may have worn their Anamika Khanna fusion saris with kolhapuri wedges but that’s where the similarities ended. While Roshni wore hers with a red blouse and red draped pants, Bindu continued the pink theme.

Question is, whose look do you like better?

Of Previews

The Aza preview saw Roshni in a fusion sari look. Wearing the cobalt-blue sari with an Eina Ahluwala haathphool and gold ear-cuffs, she finished out the look with a blue and red Pure Ghee potli.

Even though the blouse seemed a bit loose (just in some pics), there was no denying that she looked great.

Wearing Her Own

Roshni attended Madame Style Week today, an event dedicated to stylists, wearing her own design with a wooden Rachana Reddy clutch and tan sandals.

Adding a bit of quirk to the look was her nose-stud, which by itself I liked. Just wish she’d skipped the chain part. The latter made the look a bit weird.

In Anamika Khanna

Giving her Anamika Khanna another outing was Roshni at the Indian Open Polo Championship in Delhi today. As much as I love the fusion sari and the way she styled it (with the haathphool and Eina Ahluwalia maang tikka), the look felt out of place for the event in question.
