In addition to wearing their team jerseys, Ms. Shetty and Ms. Zinta were spotted wearing funky head gear to their matches. While Shilpa wore a blue turban, perhaps to go with the ‘Royal’ theme, Preity wore a Santa hat.

Perhaps, they might want to skip it for their next games because as far as luck is concerned, neither is bringing any to their team! :P

P.S. As of this post, Punjab Kings XI have lost both their matches and Rajasthan Royals have lost one and other game was rained out.

Also attending the IPL Gala Dinner in Capetown in South Africa was Preity Zinta who wore a white Manish Malhotra sari from the designer’s recent collection previewed at Lakme Fashion Week held last month.

Although, the sari looks quite like what Kareena wore to the 2009 Filmfare Awards, Preity’s is actually different. Hers doesn’t have the extra design on the body that Kareena had. You can check out Kareena’s Manish Malhotra sari, also shown on the runway in a different color, here.

Preity wore her black sheath dress again in South Africa where her and others launched the IPL ‘HEAT’ initiative. This time though she added a white hat to complete her look.

Since a lot of you loved her dress so much, here are some alternatives. While, the Ann Taylor and the Semantiks are affordable options, the Michael Kors is more of a lust one. We just loved the patent pockets so much that we had to feature it!

There are also many options online and in stores, so when you are getting one, just make sure that the hemline falls on the knee to give you that long lean look. And, of course, you can always jazz it up with different belts like Preity did to hers. She wore the same belt with a red suit at the IPL Auction.

The second season of IPL is all set to start in South Africa and part owners Shilpa, Preity and Shah Rukh made an appearance wearing their team apparel.

Of the three, I have to say I am loving Shilpa’s outfit. Looks like all the travelling has taken a toll on Preity. Somebody needs a much needed vacation.

We barely had recovered from spotting the two delish Knot clutches on Anu and here comes Preity with another Knot and that too in the most delicious color possible! Oh how we ache!

Are the good folks over at Bottega reading this? How about a clutch for both of us for all that BV love we be spreading?!! ;)

P.S. She is also wearing a Missoni dress but can’t seem to find a picture of it anywhere.
