While Konkona looked more earthy in her sari, Vidya felt a lot more glammed up in her matching bold lippie and bindi. Loved ‘em both!

At first glance, you might think below are pictures of the same person but a closer look would let you know that it was Shahana and Konkona. Both wore orange saris with pink toned blouses. We think they both looked adorable.

Both ladies paired their churidaar suits with totes and even though we love ourselves an Hermès, have to give this round to Konkona. The Birkin felt much too match-ey with Isha’s suit.

It’s been a busy time for director Aparna Sen who first attended the IView Film Festival in New York in September and then the Chicago South Asian Film Festival in Oct. She paired her red (bomkai?) sari with silver jewellery the first time around and then a gold choker at the Chicago appearance. Love the sari. The jewellery, not so much.
Accompanying her at New York was daughter Konkona, who picked an orange one with a pink border and pallu. Of the four ladies, we know which one we loved the least. It was Raajeshwari’s. Would’ve loved Deepti if she added some drop earrings with hers.
