Vogue’s Mar edition, an art + fashion one, features Kareena on the cover in a Prada dress with artwork by Thukral and Tagra. While I loved the artwork and the dress pick, the two don’t quite come together and I blame the pose. It’s killing the effect of the cover a bit for me.

Kareena attended IIFA 2014 Press Meet wearing a Anand Kabra separates. Picking up on the floral embroidery of the sleeves, she added a statement Maheep Kapoor necklace with a ponytail and her YSL sandals finishing out her look.

Given the dress and sandals, I wish Kareena opted for sleeker hair and subtler jewelry. That said, while it may be hard to shake off the Nineties vibe as it stands, she does makes it work.
