If you know us at all, you’d know that outside of the blog, we are mostly very private. But then if we did a good job of being private, you probably don’t know us outside of the blog at all! Let’s change that just a wee bit, shall we? Going forward, we will be doing a weekly recap on our youtube channel. (Subscribe!) You can expect to see our favorites and not quites… And when there’s been a sizable event, a red carpet roundup.

In Anita Dongre

At the Femina Beauty Awards, former Miss India turned model Kanishtha was seen in an Anita Dongre dress. If the dress looks familiar, it’s because we’ve also seen it on Mira a few weeks ago.

Some of you didn’t like the footwear Mira picked. Are you liking Kanishtha’s choice here?

In Manish Malhotra

Ms. Bhaskar picked an off-shoulder Manish Malhotra to wear to the Femina Beauty Awards and unfortunately didn’t fare very well in it and I blame the hairdo and make-up. Imagine the look with a softer side-swept do and a dark lip and this look could’ve been a winner. But, that is if you were a fan of the gown. I also didn’t quite like the bust of the gown. It neither did sit right nor photograph well.

In Amit GT

Wearing a pale blue one shouldered Amit GT gown, Sana attended the Femina Beauty Awards on Wednesday evening with jewellery from PNG Jewellers finishing out her look.

A sheer bust can either look good or tacky especially if the lining isn’t the right shade but that wasn’t an issue here. She looked good.

In Archana Kochhar

Elli sported an Archana Kochhar gown to the Femina Beauty Awards wearing it with minimal makeup and a top bun. Part of me wanted a bright pink lip to offset pale pink gown but I did like the simplicity of this look.
