In Namrata Joshipura

Anushka joined her co-stars at the Berlin premiere of Angry Indian Goddesses’ german version wearing a Namrata Joshipura. The sheer gown featuring floral embroidery was sexy but I don’t quite like the two piece that she wore underneath. A bodysuit would’ve made for a better flow.

I also don’t get the cap. Maybe with a suit or separates it might have worked but it just felt rather out of place here. Agree?

In Gaurav Gupta

The German version of Angry Indian Goddesses premiered in Berlin this week and in attendance at the premiere were some of the stars of the movie including Sarah-Jane.

For the premiere, the actor picked a Gaurav Gupta asymmetric jacket and matching pants, wearing the two with a middle parted do and an oxblood lip.

The lipstick shade seemed out of place at first with the grey and white look, but the more I look at it, the less I mind it. I liked it on her.

What did you think of her premiere look?

In Payal Singhal

At the photocall for Angry Indian Goddesses, Sandhya was seen in a blue Payal Singhal suit, one that she wore kolhapuri wedges and big earrings. Now, while she wears the suit well, can’t say am a fan of those churidaars. The sudden boxy folds wouldn’t be very flattering on other mortals.

P.S. Looks like the ladies have been sharing their jewellery. You’ll notice that the pendant Sandhya has on was seen on Anushka at the screening.

In Sanjay Garg

Wearing a Sanjay Garg lehenga, Sandhya walked the red carpet premiere of Angry Indian Goddesses at the Rome Film Festival this past week.

Considering I love all things Garg, I might be a bit biased, but how can one not love the striking colors and the simplicity of this piece. Loved how the cobalt blue stands out against the red carpet and the red bindi. Ms. Mridul made a good move going the minimalist route on the finishing touches of this look. She looked great!

Of Film Festivals

Pavleen, who also will be seen in Angry Indian Goddesses, sported several Indian designers while attended the Toronto International Film Festival.

Of the three, the Six Yards By Nitika & Sonali sari instantly caught our attention. Which look caught yours?

P.S. She is wearing a Parvati Villa necklace with the Ikai look.
