Aishwarya made an appearance at two events today in a black Manish Malhotra anarkali. If there was no red piping on the hem and the neck was less embellished, we’d love this one on her but as is, it felt just too much.

The baby steps are going in the right direction because Vidya gives us more color at the Dabur event. The rusty red looks great on her but I don’t quite like the Anarkali itself. The gherao seems to be a bit off and it doesn’t fall well on her like a good Anarkali should and the bust tailoring is too awkward for me.

Its almost as if the ‘anarkali’ wore Kajol at the Stardust Awards! The color scheme and the disjointed design does nothing for us. Or her. Such a shame.

After wearing a darker suit yesterday, Sonam lightened it up by wearing pale pink while promoting Delhi-6 on Indian Idol.
Looking good as usual, what else can I say! (It is about time we see her in a WTHeyyy to maintain the law of averages! ;) Yup, that is mean of me to wish, I know!)
