      I agree. Nothing wrong with too much jewellery (karva chauth looks can go as OTT as bridal looks in my opinion).

    So much loving the entire getup. A bit heavy with jewellery but Sri makes it look picture perfect. Wish I could see some full length pics. Wrong angles make her look short here.

    Aaaah! Sri looks lovely. Don’t mind the jewellery either. However, i don’t see why this saree is a designer saree. Had picked up something very similar, a Chanderi, from Nalli in Delhi a few years ago. Mine has a dull pink/magenta in place of the green strip. The only Sabya addition is see is the outermost woven border. To me it doesn’t add anything to the gorgeous traditional weave. I am sure if one is really inclined to, one can buy those from zari shops and stick it onto any saree.
