February 17th, 2013 at 3:00 pm . by PayalConsidering the event, Sophie’s look was a rather toned down one in the black strapless maxi. She did add a bit of glitter via the Leiber clutch and Choo heels but was that enough? Not quite for us.
Would’ve loved to see this at a bash but for an awards function, it didn’t quite feel right.
We’re getting quite demanding, aren’t we? :P

Me too. I usually don’t like Chowdhury’s styling at all. But she looks quite jaw droppingly gorgeous here. Wish the good run sticks.

I’m loving it too.. It’s a look that’s classy, understated and yet glam.
I think the understated look is at par with the Hollywood actresses and I cannot fault it at all. Sophie has an uncanny resemblance to Kim K.

I have seen her in some item numbers in Tamil/Telugu movies.
She’s been a VJ and done some films but I think she mainly sings and does live gigs. According to me she’s better dressed than most other celebs anyway. Loving this look. Maybe a bracelet or bangle would have looked good but I’m also liking the bareness of it. Makes a change

A thin bejewelled belt would have made the difference. As it is, this feels too tame for a major award function, especially with no big jewels to bring some pizzaz to the whole look.

She’s not a nominee so spare her some slack on the glitter…shes lookin fab n Im sure she stood out n I agree there iz a hint of Hollywood glamour
