In Alice+Olivia
September 28th, 2009 at 12:12 am . by PriyankaWe love Alice+Olivia for contemporary, well-fitting, ‘young’ clothes and it surprises us that we don’t see more of the label on people… Not tonight though, coz’ we spotted the Alice+Olivia Ruffle dress on Sophie and think she looked great in it. Not the most appropriate, but great.
It’s a flirty, cherry lil’ number alrite but we aren’t sure if it was perfect for the awards night. We’ve seen Ms. Chaudhary give us some pretty ‘glam’ looks in the past, wish she had gone that route instead of the none-too-formal look she chose. A bit too cute’sy for the event in question.

Sophie is a curvy lady. These kind of dresses tend to sit oddly on curvy ladies. She still looks good, but the fit makes the length a bit uncomfortable.
Also, I agree, there are SO MANY awesome designers that people don’t seem to touch.

The color is nice, and the material seems opulent.
But,the design is very forever 21-ish!
This woman has an awesome collection of shoes….Folks she mostly gets paid to MC a lot of events including Corporate events–she also throws in a singing/dancing routine and gets paid a few lakhs for it… that’s where the money comes in for all these gorgeous dresses and shoes
