Is the top part of dress too bad that she covered it with a blazer, and black one, of all the colors? Also the added patch of fabric look too sloppy. I know how to sew so I can see how badly it’s been sewn to the rest of the dress. Haven’t seen a single decent design from this brand yet, including this one.
