Sonam looked fabulous in a belted sheath dress at a recent event. The soft waves and strappy heels make the sheath look slightly more youthful and soft. We like.
agree. The shoulder-sleeve-bust area makes her look broader. Not flattering at all. Just because its sonam and the dress is branded doesnt make it awesome.
She has very broad shoulders and shouldn’t wear stuff that make them look broader. I wish she’d try Jason Wu and Alexander Wang. I have a feeling these young designers would be better for her. I feel Dior doesn’t makes clothes for ethnic women…… It’s a too white. She looks good in Prabal Gurung too. She should try designers with ethnic backgrounds. They know what looks good on ethnic women. She could try Narcisco Rodriguez. Leave Dior, Eli Saab for the older ladies.
okay, this cracked me up.. too white??!! I think when international designers try to do ethic. It’s either OTT bling or the name is the only bit that’s desi and the rest is eh?
Anyway I don’t mind Sonam. It’s not jarringly bad. Neither the shoulders look too broad, nor anything’s too tight so I’m scratching my head slightly because it isn’t great but it is far from offensive.
The bust isn’t sitting well + the flash bouncing of the white + the off shoulders is making her look altogether a bit disproportionate. Also, the shoes are plain fugly.
She looks nice…but these puffy sleeves reminds me of Simi Garewals “two cauliflower” outfits worn in 55th Filmfare awards and India’s most desirable (Anushka Sharma)…
She looks neat – I think this is a good young-Bollywood-star-being-professional look (which I presume was what she was going for, considering this is an event for women entrepreneurs?) And for once I like her makeup. Her hair is really pretty too.
Somehow the dress is not working on her…but I can’t point out the faults…the sleeves look odd. I suppose they are meant to resemble a rose (or another open flower) but it looks strange. Not liking the mak-up either.
Terrible actress..but have to hand it to her . She never looks cheap or tacky. She has made few mistakes but not everyone gets it right all the time. She looks good here. Not her best but it still works.
I don’t like the bust area..Not quite for me
agree with you, bust area and the folds in the skirt seem to draw too much attention

Boring. The shoes don’t go with the dress at all.
I’m sorry, I diagree. It does not fit her well and the shoes are awful.
Love love love it . So pretty , love her makeup and hair . Love the dress . Whose her stylist ? She s amazing
its a dior dress from cruise 2011.

man!!1 u guys r so partial towards sonam kapoor.. if some other actress would have worn this, by now in big bold letters u would have written BLAH!!!
im starting to sense the same geet. i lold at “youthful” hair, strappy heels this n that.

Not quite… A bit too LA housewife (think desperate) wearing her teen’s clothes. Which is weird because Sona is so young…
Neck up shes gorgeous today x
love love love loving entire look…so pretty!!
The bust isn’t sitting well + the flash bouncing of the white + the off shoulders is making her look altogether a bit disproportionate. Also, the shoes are plain fugly.
Not liking this one bit…everything seems slightly off
Nah,for once Sonam’s not looking her usual chic self. I don’t like the heels or the dress. Hair’s meh too.
She looks good but I don’t like the shoes.
Too boring… Surprised none of recent events are much to talk about even though it is Sonam!
her face looks washed out..where’s the charm that you had during aisha days?
I like this type of dress, she looks good here. I think its nice that she can also do a normal pretty not tying to grab attention look.
should have added some color, but better than her usual branded looks.

not liking the shoes with the dress. Nice Loub/JC pumps would have nailed it for me.
Terrible actress..but have to hand it to her . She never looks cheap or tacky. She has made few mistakes but not everyone gets it right all the time. She looks good here. Not her best but it still works.
I am not too fond of this look and I don’t like those shoes! But I love Sonam and her pretty smile…
