Front Row Fashion

It’s been a busy Sunday for Ms. Kapoor. She first attended the Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2012 show in a onion print dress from the duo’s Spring 2012 collection. Fashion gold earrings, a red Dolce bag and nude peep-toes completed her look.

At the Ferragamo show, she switched from a refined lady-like look to a more vintage-y take on androgyny in a navy pant suit, white bow louse and a tan Ferragamo bag. We think she looked gorgeous in both!

Which look of hers do you prefer?

Love her look on the right

  3. dazzled says:

An onion print dress ….REALLY.. n u guys call it front row fashion…Woah…of all the lovely dresses this is what she chose…its a FAIL for me..sorry.

    • sp says:

i think its what the designers sent for her that she would have to hear …. i doubt that she gets to choose what she wears …. i would think that you would have to be pretty high profile to get to pick your own dress!

the only thing she gets credit for is HOW she wears it!

  4. Slc says:

Both looks are fabulous. She’s changed her looks for each event. I really love her shoes, so delicate. M

  5. Fashionmeal says:

Props to Dolcé And Gabanna for making onions look sexy and to Sonam for looking sexy in it.
But I’m really not digging the other look. I don’t like her hair and the shoes make her feet look massive, and after her appearance at the museum, I was kinda hoping she would take it up a notch. This looks very London street style-ish. Not something I would hope to see some front row celebrity wearing.
    But that’s just my opinion.

    • RB says:

I wonder why is London street style not good enough for the front row? I think the bloggers of the world document street style for a reason… in my opinion.

      • Fashionmeal says:

Nothing wrong with London street style. I live in London so if there’s anyone who appreciates London. ‘Tis I. But it didn’t seem event appropriate. And street style, in my opinion, should be on the streets. If I were going for a show so big, I’d wear something fancier. Again, this is just my opinion.

    • mumbadiva says:

Totally second your opinion. Just can’t seem to like the wig she’s earing at Ferragamo.

  6. kasthuri says:

Like the first girly cute look. The hair in the second one is just odd.

  7. R says:

She’s stunning as always, but I think that the onion print is not D&G worthy. It looks like it belongs on an apron, on sale.

  8. Sal(SS) says:

Both are fab! I always love her when she’s doing the androgynous look, though.

  9. saloni says:

love the onion prints ..and and as usual love her for making it work..again ..again and yet again…lets just giveit to her guys ..when its about style sense..nothing beats her down!

  10. naiad says:

Its a kind of a dampner for me after her previous 2 looks :(

  11. Pamela says:

I do love both the looks but the hair in the Ferragamo pic really does it for me.Kudos to her for changing it up.

  12. V says:

No, not working – not the onions and certainly not the weird hair in the second pic.

  13. rhu says:

    FEEL… SECOND LOOK IS BETTER

  14. Kara says:

She looks nice. But the hairdo in the second picture is awful!

  15. P says:

OMG I cannot believe you guys have no comment on her hair in the 2nd pic. It makes her look like a guy in a wig.

  16. shilpi says:

Second look ..that hair ?? it’s a wig right ?? doesnt seem very natural to me

  17. Ritu says:

Ill fitted wig it is in the 2nd pic….. Rest is good. Not feeling the onion print dress…. Though she makes pretty picture.

  18. Sandhya says:

She looks like Carrie from King of Queens in the second pic :P..LOL..nonetheless she looks good in the first pic

  19. this girl is a true fashion icon! and i love how her looks, although expensive and aspirational, don’t alienate regular folks. i feel like with a little bit of creativity, any of us could be this chic!
    fab!!!

p.s. not to be hater – but really, priyanka, deepika, kareena – watch and learn!

  20. Kiwi says:

Both looks are great.. love, love the hair in the 2nd look

  21. debbie says:

I heart the Dolce Red bag. I somehow think it’d have gone better with the 2nd look. Though she looks nice, have seen her do better. Sorry, but the onion dress is frugly!

  22. Flier says:

the second look is PERFECTION ! not a glitch

  23. RB says:

I love her second look and cannot get over the resemblance with Audrey Tatou.. .just something about this look.. anyhow she looks great!

  24. Lalitha says:

To be honest, I feel she has looked better! She looked fab in the Ferragamo pantsuit that she wore when she had her feet fitted.

  25. Under Cover says:

I really admire the way Sonam has changes the fashion scene among the bollywood actresses…i loved her in Aisha and still love her…way to go girl!

  26. Zina says:

The left one is boring but LOVE the right look…especially her hair. (And finally, they concentrated as much on her face as they do on her clothes, yay!)

  27. Food poisoned attorney says:

She looks great in both. Just donn like the see my hand bag pose in the first pic.

  28. sweet2th27@yahoo.com says:

shes posh, shes elegant, shes beautiful, shes classy and she NEVER gets in wrong. love her! without a doubt one of my fashion icons and celebrity.

  29. Reshma says:

She looks like a granny in that onion dress with the oversized granny bag on her arm.

  30. Surabhi says:

Love the look on the right!
The hair style, the red lips and the clothes!
    She looks adorable!

  31. Aria says:

    I simply love it.
Though at first I thought it was flowers on the left dress and then found it strange that it was onions… But one must admit it looks pretty!! Let’s not be discriminatory against the vegetable xD
I like the very lady style of the left look.
The right look is sober, but with sophisticated hair, I like it a lot too.
These looks really had originality, kudos for her!
