I really like tht Sonam has been consistenly wearing her red thread on her wrist – even if it might clash with her western look.

now all she needs is a red tikka to complete the look.

Aarthi, it is nice :) assuming it is religious & she still keeps it on..and @Annie you wouldn’t say the same thing if u spotted a Madonna, or someone practicing Kabbalah wearing a similar red thread would you ??

bout time somebody gots their “act” togetha! the shrugs actually help create hourglass figure so its fine by me. still very safe but i’ll take this over all of her recent jokerni avatars.

So when she decides to wear westerns, that’s being “back to classics”? what is indian wear then?

    1. Priyanka at | | Reply

Umm no. What we meant was, lately she’d been experimenting a lot, which incidentally was in Indian-wear… Not picking expected anarkalis, opting instead for more unusual prints/designs. When she did wear Western, instead of continuing the experimental streak, she picked something more classic. So the ‘Back to Basics’ was in reference to the clothes in general and not with regard to Indian-wear vs. Western-wear.

Can I just ask, all this designer wear do they have to personally buy or are given to?

I know red carpet events sometimes there given and for certain events but most of the time?

    Like this, does anyone know??

..Just curious.. and a little envious HAHAHA

Not feeling it, the dress ages her and especially with the hair bun she looks around 40

Here’s a girl who knows how to dress. And you want her to tack it up by taking off the shrug. Sigh.

She gets it right here. The shrug definitely helps with the less boob show. HAir and make-up perfect. I like the understated sophistication with the clothes…she could have done the dash of fierce with red pumps…oh well still love it though:)
