Neha in Miss India, won the best complexion prize just before winning the main crown, girl has translucent skin, so here is case of makeup not doing you justice, she is not dusky. Bipasha is dusky. Like the dress, hate her shoes
I think its all the fake spray tan that she uses.
I guess she is trying for that “sun kissed look”, but ends up with way too much shine and that orangey color!
The model looks like she took too much of something.
