The whole chiffon sari and cat-eye sunglasses had a great vintage vibe to it but the blouse let lovely Simone down rather badly. The length and fit of the sleeve was just so off. The lady in white fared way better.

Also love the floral earrings and the Mawi bracelet on Simone – she carries off the entire ensemble so glamorously. Guess Pratima Gaurav needs to work on the finish of her clothes.
I thought the lady in white looks like Ambika Anand…. Must be strange to be at a place where someone is wearing an identical dress..even in a different colour… Barring the blose Simnone makes everything else work..though this saree is’nt for me!

Love both of the frilly sarees. You’re right Simone’s blouse killed the look, but I do like her (simone’s) jewellery more.

Pink and ruffles. Or for that matter white and ruffles. Best left to little girls. Otherwise looks like sick-sweet icing – the kind kids like to eat – spoiling a perfectly good cake:-)
