It’s been Manish Malhotra for Shriya at all Midnight’s Children red carpet events so far. Just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse than this appearance of hers, she proves us wrong.

Does anyone else think her top isn’t part of the original outfit and is more of a custom job?

  1. OMG horrible. It looks like a fake Manish Malhotra! If I were Manish, I would top lending this chick my outfits. As Bon Jovi says, “You give love (MM’s clothes) a bad name”

  3. How did manish Malhotra agree to give this atrocity his name!! High time teh MM craze ends. His outfits are ALWAYS fugly!. Why can’t she wear some traditional south indian saris for a change.Seen a couple of pictures in Kanjeevaram and I think she looks lovely in them.

  4. Why is she trying to be another Ameesha Patel?
She has a pretty face and a nice body, considering her height!!!(She is short!!!).
So why give an unwanted twist to the whole thing?

  6. I’m no fashionista nor an aspiring Anna Wintour, so my opinion is strictly personal, and may not go down well with others. What baffles me is the choices the çelebrities make? is the priority to look good or be seen wearing an expensive brand? Is it about looking pretty or showing as much skin as possible under the pretense of aesthetic exposure? How can women in well draped handloom sarees end up looking far better than brand crazy mannequins? As much as we’d like to believe that clothing is easy, it does take a ceratin amount of intelligence and sensiblity to dress up properly.

  7. man, this is a whole new level of desperation. I bet this is how she described it to MM. “I want a leotard, except it has to look sleazy and expose midriff and shoulders. Maybe a layer of tulle? Wait…throw some embroidery on it, whatever. Yes, that should do.”

  8. Beautiful, smart and talented but simply cannot dress well to save her life. Her stylist, I’m hoping she has one, must be replaced. Consistently dresses tackily. URGENTLY.
