Red Hot! Or Not?
January 11th, 2009 at 2:05 pm . by PayalShilpa made an appearance at the store launch of UNIQ in a red hot Donna Karan dress accessorizing with a black Alexander McQueen clutch, black Louboutin pumps and a black Chanel necklace.
While the look easily qualifies as a ‘Match-Much’, somehow it works.
We loved it and thought she was red hot! You?

Don’t care for the dress but she makes it work. Great bod.
Print/cut on the model, gives a preggy look. Maybe the pose.

i agree, she looks very classy in the dress..love the shoes..but am not crazy about the necklace and the oversized clutche..btw, are the over-sized clutches the new accessory? Twinkle also had one with her at the CC2CT premiere..

The oversized clutch has been around for a while now, since last year. Twinkle has had her Anya for a while now and we saw Shilpa with a Nancy last year too.

It stopped a hair’s breadth short of a match-much. An out and out Fab!
Shilpa seems to have a good eye for color and is usually tastefully put together! Now i wish plaudits for her acting work (she was excellent in “Life in a Metro”) follow those for her fashion!

you know what, black is the only color where I think you can go monochrome without looking tacky
so- no , this isn’t a match much
the dress is fine, the makeup is nice and the hair leaves much to be desired BUT I am in LOOOOOOOVE with all of her accessories (respectively)
Chanel AND Louboutins – I’m won over
she looks great but i just dont like the idea of oversized clutches…dont ever see myself buying one
