Here, let me break-down the look for you… Big hair, stage make-up, a gold cuff and collar necklace. Neon nails and metallic strappy heels. And finally, a blingy skirt paired with a knotted shirt that has embellished shoulders and cut-out details on sleeves. Whew! Now let it all sink in.
Not a fan of the look. None of it works together!

I think Ms. Shetty in fact looks lovely. Its a nice break from heavy dresses and lehengas that she has been sporting for a while. Except for the knot, everything else looks nice down to her coral toes.
I agree. I am for sure into this look. Its fun and shes a little blingy but why not? Clothes should be fun and that color looks wonderful on her.
I just wish she tucked in that shirt into the skirt, instead of the knot but I do like this outfit on her. She pulls it off. The color is gorgeous, and so is that ring. The jewelry is just a lil bit heavy and makeup too but she looks much better than others would.
I think she just picked everything gold and orange from her wardrobe.
Also she is wearing the SCULPTED METAL CHAIN BACK COLLAR NECKLACE from Express.
I hate it…its all a little too much…hate the skirt and the statement necklace takes away from the embellished shoulder…its a right royal mess…

shilpa loves busy. she may have been styled by nandita, but there’s a lot shilpa in this look. also, it still feels less busy than her usual looks. so i like it too.
The toes sticking out from the shoes is terrible. OMG!!! I take my positive comment back.. I hate this look because of the toes!

I like this a LOT better than the stuff she usually has on.
She just needs to tuck the blouse in to the skirt, get rid of the cuff and necklace and try her hair back. And she’ll look great!

I have a basic question. How did Ms.Nandita Mahtani qualify as a fashion designer? Did she ever take any formal training? Her designs are either lifted or tacky!
Nandita’s family r mind boglingly rich Sindhis business people. She’s just doing fashion as a time pass and for something to talk about at posh dinner parties.

orange looks lovely on her! it’s definitely her color. as for the look. maybe not the cleanest look … but it’s not necessarily bad. the shirt definitely should’ve been tucked in … the knot looks totally out of place.
but everything aside, that skirt is quite nice. i haven’t blinged it out in the longest of times! :(
Separately I do not like anything in this ensemble but as usual Ms Shetty lifts it and makes it OK.
She’s probably the go to person for making bad stuff tolerable, lol!
I think her whole look would be a lot more pulled together and polished if she just switched the blingy golden skirt into a midi black pencil skirt.

For me, it’s a wtheyy.. The accessories need to go..and those hideous sandals.. She should have tucked in that shirt coz that knot is simply weird with the skirt.

I watch her on the show and read about her here… whilst she looks ott if we critique her on a fashion blog, on telephone for the masses she works! Even last weeks big hair with that bright green dress thang!x
