tacky tacky tacky..really wish both sisters had chosen something classic..i mean when you look at your wedding pics 10 years down the line..it should still look good..its all so overly blingy and garish..don’t like one bit :(

Considering this is Shamita’s sister’s reception, she should’ve worn something better. This would’ve looked good on ANY of the guests at the wedding. Shamita looks really pretty but the sari just doesn’t work for the reception.

This sari looks similar to the one karishma wore (can’t remember where, the color is similar). Its not too bad, but I do agree she could’ve chosen something better!

Reminds me of the ghaghra cholis which Madhuri used to wear during the 80’s in song sequences!

She looks really pretty and nice – but the sari is a diff story. Too much going on with the sari – the color, the bling – a bit much!

oh!! what was shamita thinking…these people boast of buying the biggest of labels….and this is what they wear???

Draped well and love the color. Very predictable choice I would say though for Shamita. It shows she didnt get much time to choose the outfits for her sisters wedding.

Works for me! Love the saree and how she looks in it.A smart move to choose an unusual color, I’d say. She really stands out from the crowd of pinks and reds.

is this actually mm i mean u cud pick this kid of ghastly outfit from any small saree shop in india for 100 times lesser than what it must have cost her.just becoz yur a designer doesnt mean everything u make is amazing mm ur losing the “elegance”factor.personally i dont think designers do best ,imean look at dimple kapadia ,kirron kher, and rekha they just have more style and not all their clothes are designed by these designers
