Sporting bow-ties at the 2011 GQ Men Of the Year Awards were these fine gentlemen. Question is, was there someone who bowls you over more than the others?

  1. Shahrukh most definitely wins this round! He looks very very dashing and dapper! And what sets him a part is that he looks more manly in that bow tie:)

      • I think he looks his age and there is nothing wrong with that. As someone pointed out upthread, he is the one person who looks like a grownup man among those four and it is probably because he is 20 years older than the others. It is worse when actors (including SRK) try to look like 20 year olds. Same goes for women.

Were Arjun Rampal or Rahul Khanna at this event. Those are two men that I think wear formal clothes well.

      • @leanne – he looks like a guy in his mid forties. he *could* shoot his face full of botox, but i respect the fact that he doesnt. there aint nothing wrong with looking your age.

    • Too Right! Imran steals the show! Slightly wet right now! Sid gets points for effort and comes in close second, I like the messy pocket square but i hate the shiny detailing on the jacket cuffs.

  2. I agree its GQ event…Men are supposed to look sexy, but whats with excessive brood? Imran khan and Sidhartha Mallya looks like they are competing for a mafia movie audition.

  5. Siddharth’s suit seems to be wrinkling a little at the front, around the button area. Not sure if that’s because it’s too tight or it’s just a wrinkly fabric. Either way, it’s definitely not looking great.

  6. the real question is- where was rahul khanna? he’d have blown all he other guys out of the water. so sad if he gave the event a miss and deprived us of another understated yummy appearance!

  7. Wow if these are India’s best dressed men, then it sure is a shame. Although I’ve seen many a fashionable and successful man in our country it’s a pity they don’t have the ‘surname’ everyone so badly needs in this country.
