Tamannah looked lovely in her kanjeevaram sari paired with a Neeta Lulla blouse at Ram Charan and Upasana’s Reception. Love the flowers.

  1. Oh my! She is rockin that sari. Love the look from head to toe particularly the blouse, what a workmanship. After seeing her, i dislike what the bride wore. She could have chosen one of these weaves than that Tarun T’s sari.

  2. Beautiful lady! After Sridevi, she is the second best dressed at the wedding. Proves that traditional Kanchivaram is the way to go!

  5. Not sure about those beads on the back of her blouse tie. Plus I find it too heavy for a guest. This is almost like Rekha’s overdoing it. I think its in bad taste to be dressed too heavily at someone else’s wedding.

    • Actually is quite common to dress your best at a South Indian wedding. Guests usually “overdo” at our weddings but mostly because that’s how they’ve dressed for decades

    • I will have to disagree with this comment. Its a rather simple saree with a heavy blouse. Nothing overdone. Overall, everything is in good taste.

    • At least she is not wearing three dozen bangles or four necklaces like some of the other guests at the same event. I think she looks perfect.

      • I think the bride wore the most expensive clothing and even more expensive jewels…no guest will be able to beat that! It’s not Tamanna’s fault she looks better than the bride…(there came out and said that 😉

        • Bertie, lol yes I agree. It’s not Tamanna’s fault that she looks that gorgeous. The bride had tons of jewelry and designer saris but still Tamanna beats her to the core. I think lot of guests looked better than the bride.:-)

    • I think it’s a western concept that guests should not upstage the bride at a wedding. At every Indian wedding I’ve been too, I’ve seen gorgeously dressed ladies with loads of jasmine in their hair. Nothing wrong with it at all. With Indian wedding ceremonies lasting for at least 5 hours I don’t think brides have the energy to get upset with any of their guests. Besides, all our weddings are social affairs where the ceremony will be taking place on one side whilst people mingle and talk. There is no insistence on silence like in a western wedding.
