  1. Hmmm there’s something off here though her appearance was fab..she seemed to be too conscious or maybe uncomfortable.

  4. Really? Are you kidding me?
Oxfords are awesome, in general, but that look is ridiculous!
Trying too hard, way too hard.

  5. I don’t like it much, and as someone said, perhaps its because she looks uncomfortable. Also, in my opinion, she does look like she is trying way too hard here. NOTHING against any particular item of clothing or them on her, but naaah….the mix isn’t working for me. She looks stunted.

  6. Its a pretty cool look but as is obvious, its important to match clothes with personality. Everything doesnt work for everyone – this is a terrible mismatch.
And now that i look at it again – a little to design school graduate-ish. Hmmm.

  7. since the past several posts she has shown remarkable improvement in her dressing..guess all thanks to a new stylist.. but this one is a look that she is not ready for.. the stylist went a bit too far on this one it seems!!

  9. Meghna Reddy used to be the coolest sister (what happened to her) but looks like it runs in the family 🙂

Also this looks like her thing as opposed to “Hindi film heroine styling” (Shruti Hasan please note!)

  10. I will have to disagree with you on this P& P.. The oxfords are a misfit here ! Seriously.. especially black .. its so not going together ! She certainly is not comfortable !

  11. Wonder if she was trying to ape Kangana’s mannequinish expression? Also she poses a lot like this otherwise but the flat shoes kinda make it look like she hunched her shoulders. A more straight/fierce posture was needed especially with androgynous shoes like these!

  12. its like she took all the trends and wore them together. Major F! Those shes with that ugly purple thing??? what was she thinking!!

  13. Yes to the dress (even if it is a tad shiny), yes to the bag. But those shoes definitely don’t work with this look.

  14. Is looking sulky and humourless a prerequisite for acquiring the tag of “fashionista”?
It looks too contrived as it is, shoes notwithstanding. Maybe a smile to show she was having fun would have made all the difference.

  15. Seriously those oxfords kill it for me. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some quirk but had they been nude or gold oxfords it would’ve been great. the black ones are too stark and making her feet appear huge like duck feet

  16. maybe the photogs got her at the wrong moment? does anyone here think like that? i think she looks fab. sometimes, especially with sameera’s sartorial history, a shock is needed for the system to change.

    • I agree completely! Sameera’s taking a chance and has proved (over the last few appearances) in the right direction. She’s not boring. She’s cool! She’s going for it fearlessly and thats what I like about her; And if thats what her personality has developed into, then her look is pretty spot on!

  17. Absoluty amazing!!!! The stylist is doing a really, really good job! This is completely different to the rest of the breed in Bollywood and at the same time suits the roles that Sameera does (and I’m assuming her personality too). Just cannot pick a favorite among her recent appearances which I guess, itself, is saying a lot!
    Way to go Reddys 😉

  18. It is very different from what we see in B’wood for sure. And I applaud her for taking such a huge risk. I love the hair, and make up. But the shoes weigh down this look. Dont like them at all. As much as I loved Sameera’s style evolution, this really does scream try hard.

  19. A big cheery smile and a confidant posture would have made up for everything. I give her definite points for breaking the mould for herself and taking some risks (that too, with her body type), but the dress and shoes .. the whole look is bothering me. Is it deliberate – the neckline going across the neck so close .. I feel like we need some breathing room for the neck there.

  20. This is a horrible mess.

Those shoes are awesome, but not with this dress.
The dress color is my favorite, however the style does nothing for her body, it just looks like a lumpy sack (and not in a good way!)
I love the neon Jimmy Choo, but again not here..

  21. Personally, I love how she has been playing around with her looks recently. And I love this bold, edgy, yet super glam pretty outfit.

  22. Its a fashion forward look.. am quite amazed at some of the comments but .. it looks ‘Try Hard’ beacuse of her posing/expression.. she is too self concious..Sonam would have carried it off perfectly

  23. the combo does not work. oxfords and in black are not the correct choice with an outfit like that. the purple and yellow could have looked awesome if she wasn’t looking so uncomfy…

  24. I love these shoes. I won’t say anything bad about them. But that dress is HAW-RI-BLE!! It’s giiving bad light to the poor shoes!
