The long hair reminds me of his “Aashiq Aawara” phase when he looked TOO much like his mother to be called “handsome”. He has come a long way :)

Why isn’t there a none option? I don’t like either look… I think the bandana looks ridiculous with the white, and I can’t make out enough of the black to decide how the whole outfit works. But I’m not digging the long hair or the beard. Whatever happened to the hot Saif?

Totally agree! The outfit on the left looks like a farce! The bandana, with the white kurta, and what’s with those shoes.
Everything falls flat and looks comical actually.
