Raveena looks ravishing methinks…The color looks good on her and the subtle make up and lip make it a complete look. Now if only she would continue on this path..also the minimalist MM…had to do a double take

Look at her, with oomph and confidence this lady looks back -15 years of her age. A well thought look on red carpet. The richness of material is working wonders in her. Perfect makeup, hair and neck piece is killing the look. Lovely Raveena…

    Regal and beautiful, Raveena.

She looks amazing! Just amazing!! Also criticize Manish Malhotra all you want, but he has a way of making every single thing- even a benares saree dreamy and hyper feminine…love that about him…

      He is copying raw mango!!

Aah…Manish Malhotra will be happy if he sees this comment. And he will never retire. :P

Yes Raw Mango and Sanjay Garg (?) started the fashion of using Benares but Manish Malhotra’s silhouettes and color combinations are different. Raw Mango is very raw and earthy(and I love their work), but MM elevates everything to a dreamy, “soft” feminine look and I think thats quite impressive considering Benares is a “strong” material.

At least, thats what I think :)

This is the ravishing Raveena that I remember! What a beautiful outfit and she wears it so well. In my opinion, easily one of the best dressed of the evening. It all works – the hair, the makeup and the clothes!

I honestly think she is one of the best dressed. Such elegance and poise and not a touch of try hard. Who knew we would say this of Raveena?

Although she looks really regal and stunning in this look , why does she always stare pointedly at the photobugs even when she is smiling??! Like in the last pic??!! I feel so scared looking at her eyes! :( I think if I *ever* meet I would just be too scared to look her in the eye and just scramble away !

Quite a stunner, this one. The outfit is absolutely gorgeous & stands out in the crowd.

One of her better looks and one of the nicer Manish outfits at Filmfare. It doesn’t look as shaadi type as the others

Sanjay Garg where are you? Yes imitation is a flattery but MM goes too far here ….

    1. Sapphire at | | Reply

MM not only imitated Sanjay Garg’s designs, but make them tacky by adding velvet blouses and baubles to dupattas. Where will the chammak challo taste go despite using the benarasi fabric?

Lovely. Raveena – whoever styled you for this red carpet, pls stick to them. This is what you are capable of. Velvet done right. She had the best MM look of the evening. She looks stunning and the jewelry is perfect.

WOW!! This is the first time i’ve seen her not going OTT!!! Why can’t she look like this all the time?!? She looks lovely!

The outfit is lovely, and she looks amazing!

Maybe if she stopped doing the “sultry” look at the camera, this would have been 10/10.

She looks gorgeous.. she has a beautiful face and should stick more to styles that suit her.
I especially hope never to see her in that pageant-ey hair-do she usually does.
