‘Boobs always out’ as you so classily chose to put it is not true here. You can only see the barest hint of her cleavage.
And when she’s sitting in a car in a short dress obviously its going to slide up and reveal a few inches more than she intended it to.
And since when is contrasting colours ‘screaming for attention’? Some of these comemnts are so fixated on criticizing the person rather than the style.
ahem.her dress is like a swim dress. i have a swim dress that looks like this. i hope i am criticizing the dress and not the person. :)

I agree with Vidhya and RS on this. Almost all her outfits are mini skirts or dresses and the neckline is always low cut!! nobody is criticizing the person we are criticizing her choice of clothing that just looks unflattering!!
Totally agree with Vidhya. If PC was in the habit of incorporating more diversity and variety into her dressing, this outfit would have totally been welcomed as it is perfect for this occasion! But because she is always dressed to show off cleavage and legs all at the same time, its deff a yawn!! good call Vidhya!

Sometimes the posters here criticize way too heavily. I love her hair, makeup, and outfit. If I could carry this off, I would wear it everyday. Looking at her, I never want to eat another carb and just spend my time at the gym :)
Only one word comes to my mind when I see this — predictable. She is borderline boring when it comes to choosing clothes. She always goes back to the same thing..short skirts/shorts…teenager appropriate tops.(this one is not so bad though)

The bustier top part looks HIDEOUS. She could look so nice but sadly chooses to wear clothes which are unattractive and sometimes, unflattering.
I wish you had a full length picture. In this, with the shorts (possibly) riding up, the outfit looks more like a swimsuit of yore. And I’m someone who quite likes Priyanka
Okay – I think we should all accept that this is her. Just like Vidya is saree.
Rather take this nicely done mini (with cute hair for a change) than a poorly done lengthy mess. I’ve yet to see her wear longer better.

The dress is something different & I love that Priyanka wore it. It suits her style. This Couture Collection by Monisha Jaising is definitely a favorite of mine!
