As much as I love beautiful she is and the outfit too, the whole mogra, jhumki and bindi addition makes her look like she might have forgotten her dupatta.

Yes, she looks perfect and the addition of mogra has elevated the look.

She looks good. Though I feel a dupatta/chunni might have helped. Looks a little incomplete

She looks pretty, AGREED… But where the heck is the dupatta. SERIOUSLY!!

Call me a fuddy-duddy, but if your are going to flowers-bindi-jhumki it up, then kindly throw on a dupatta too. Dunno seems a bit naked-like to me:) Pretty pretty face though.

A lovely look indeed – except she forgot to wear her saree before stepping out : D

Call me old-fashioned…but I also miss the dupatta. But she does look pretty, just incomplete.

There are a lot of western looks with a long skirt and crop top that would work without a dupatta. For example, see Sarah Hyland’s outfit from the Emmy’s. But this is a lehenga. Call me old fashioned but if you are wearing a cropped blouse and a lehenga, it does need a dupatta. The only way this could’ve worked sans a dupatta would have been with a longer blouse.

    Neck up- traditional, beautiful!!
Then the rest of the look- a bad indowestern- crop top and lehanga combo. With a full skirt, dupatta is a MUST!!

Personally I think Priya Anand looks great, dupatta or no dupatta.
Someone has posted above that this Payal Singhal outfit looks like the new SVA collection, but its quite the contrary… This outfit worn by Priya Anand is from the Payal Singhal March’14 collection and was featured on High Heel: http://www.highheelconfidential.com/lakme-fashion-week-summerresort-2014-payal-singhal/
SVA’s entire new collection seems to have been ‘inspired’ by Payal Singhal’s previous collection and not the other way round.

Blouse & skirt with malli poo. But where the hell is the dhavani? Maybe it might have been okay for a Bollywood movie launch but for a Tamil movie audio launch , the look definitely is awkward.
