She probably has her heart set on being a designer, but she clearly has appalling bad taste and it seems there's very little she can do about it. Everything I've seen her in on this blog has just been cringeworthy. One way to rescue this outfit would have been to have the belt placed a lot lower - a slimmer belt on the hips, a more corset like bodice and a very streamlined skirt would have really worked wonders for this. But then, it would have been a different dress. Poor dear. She probably has her heart set on being a designer, but she clearly has appalling bad taste and it seems there’s very little she can do about it.
